Yoga is the life passion of Ewa for 16 years. She is teaching for 14 years and has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for 12 years.

She is a certified teacher by Basia Lipska, a well known Yoga icon in Europe and Japan (KPJAYI authorized Level 2 | basialipskalarsen.com). She studied and worked with many teachers in different phases of her life journey.
Currently she is studying with Saraswathi in Mysore at Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Yoga Institute.

Yoga is for Ewa not only a path to development but mainly a tool to heal the human being in different levels.

Ashtanga is a combination between movement and breath. There is no Ashtanga without Vinyasa. This workshop is intended for beginners, who will learn the basics of a correct Vinyasa with the help of hints and introductory exercises, and for advanced practionioners who want to deepen and strengthen their practice.

Topics:

  • Types of "jumping back" Vinyasas - from the basics, step by step 
  • Work stages and modifications of the asanas involved - for everyone, step by step
  • Correct body adjustment during Vinyasa, during Sirsasana
  • Improvement of techniques thanks to detailed explanations and preparatory and strengthening exercises for both, beginners and advanced practitioners
  • Building internal strength
  • Differentiation of Bandhas and basic work with them
  • Work with the center of gravity
  • Synchronization of movement with the breath
  • Jump back from Bakasana and Eka Pada Bakasana

Die schriftliche Anmeldung (auch per Mail) ist verbindlich. Bei einer Stornierung durch den/die Teilnehmer/in bis zu 7 Tage vor der Veranstaltung erstattet Santosha Yoga 50% der Teilnahmegebühr. Bei einer späteren Stornierung ist eine Erstattung nicht möglich.
