Adriano Natoli Inversions Workshop Ashtanga Yoga

 
Concept

This workshop is designed to demystify the practice of going upside down.
We will explore the foundations of inversions through progressive steps, mindful alignment, and safe use of props.
From Downward Facing Dog and Dolphin Pose to supported Headstand and Shoulderstand variations, you will learn how to approach these postures with confidence and ease.
Whether you are new to inversions or looking to refine your practice, this session will offer accessible pathways, strengthening drills, and calming techniques to balance effort with surrender.
 
Duration: 2 hours total (including warm-up class)
Level: Open to all levels; no inversions experience required.
Format: In-person, hands-on and experiential workshop

Pricing: 30 € (25€ for SantoshaYoga students with 6-/9-/12-month-flat)

Cancellation policy:

A binding registration takes place on the day of receipt of payment. In case of cancellation by the participant, the following participation fees will be refunded:
- up to 2 weeks before: 80%
- In case of a later cancellation a refund is not possible.

Minimum participants: 5

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop.

Stornierungsregelung:

Eine verbindliche Anmeldung erfolgt mit dem Tag des Zahlungseingangs. Bei einer Stornierung durch den/die Teilnehmer/in werden folgende Teilnahmegebühren erstattet:
- bis 2 Wochen vorher: 80%
- Bei einer späteren Stornierung ist eine Erstattung nicht möglich.

Mindest Teilnehmeranzahl: 5

Bei Nichterreichen der Mindest-Teilnehmeranzahl behalten wir uns vor, den Workshop abzusagen.
