Yoga is the life passion of Ewa for 16 years. She is teaching for 14 years and has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for 12 years.

She is a certified teacher by Basia Lipska, a well known Yoga icon in Europe and Japan (KPJAYI authorized Level 2 | basialipskalarsen.com). She studied and worked with many teachers in different phases of her life journey.
Currently she is studying with Saraswathi in Mysore at Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Yoga Institute.

Yoga is for Ewa not only a path to development but mainly a tool to heal the human being in different levels.

When we start practicing Primary Series we have the tendency to treat almost every standing pose as a "warm up". We do not pay enough attention to them as we should. Our mind is focused on more challenging asanas like Parivrtta-s or Ardha Badha Padmottanasana, or on the most demanding for beginners - Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana.

The correct way of doing challenging asanas is always built up by good work in previous asanas. But sometimes we don't know how to do it. After many years of practice we discover that if the Sury Namaskara-s and first few standing poses are done correctly the further practice is deeper, more energetic, the body is more open and stronger. That's the reason why in Ashtanga the asana-s are placed in this order.

In this workshop we will try to discover how asana-s are connected with each other and we will learn how to use this connection in our practice.
